These are the claims frozen into the hebbian Mind, version . Each was admitted by a named authority. Each carries its grade and the source it came from. When the Mind cites “claim 154”, this is where claim 154 lives.
How the figures are made
One snapshot, read-only, dated.
Every number on this site comes from a single snapshot of the MDLC ledger, taken with a read-only query against the database on the Foundation's own hardware. The pages paint their figures from that snapshot when they load. None is typed by hand, and none is authored twice.
The snapshot on this build was taken . The ledger keeps moving; the next build takes a new one.
Grades are the corpus's own scale. P verified against the primary source, retrieved and read. A authoritative secondary. An anonymous machine may propose either but cannot confirm one; confirmation takes a person, or an agent that names the person whose standing authority it acts on.
Signal is how a claim's truth became known, recorded once when it is written, in the corpus's own words: an instrument is “a measurement: a number, a ratio, a named script's output, a failed control”; a witness is “an attributed observation: someone looked, or the software reported”; an inference is “reasoning from data that did not add up, before it could be measured”.
